So, as October and the past year of my life came to a close, so did my yeard.  I had to wave goodbye to that chapter of my life.  One that earned me constant name-calling, no looks from women, and the occassional unsolicited dollar/spare change.  I have adopted a temporary cowboy moustache given our current location in the southwest.  Rest assured that it, much like the buffalo will not last long out here.  I feel a great sense of accomplishment having completed my year-long facial conquest.  I will miss my beard and have found myself stroking nothing when in deep thought.  Yes, it will be missed, though, in a way I feel like my yeard will always be with me.  Mostly because I put it in a plastic bag in the glove compartment of our van.
